About us
Chavelos Mexican Bar & Grill Restaurant is owned and run by Chef Jose Rodriguez, who based the menu of his great experience on Mexican cuisine and flavors over 31 years of experience serving and delivering exceptional Authentic Mexican plates. He learned, trained, and cooked with many Chefs along the Las Vegas Valley and nationwide. Rodriguez was able to expand to restaurants following the great success of his first location in the northwest of Las Vegas since 1986, and continues to do so while giving back to our local community through the delicious recipes and amazing cuisine.
